Help with using Stomp Box services

Our Knowledgebase will also be released shortly, where you will find information and tutorials on how to manage your services and settings.

However, please note that the following services include help and support channels within them, simply login and select “Help”.

Access Stomp Box webmail (@Mail)

All Stomp Box hosting email accounts come with webmail support, to access your email from any web browser simply go to your usual website address, but add “webmail” to the beginning, replacing the “www”.

So for example, if your website is www.yourdomain.co.nz, then you would go to webmail.yourdomain.co.nz.

From there you can enter your email address and password to access your email.
